Rajapushpa Infina Master Plan
Site design
Six towers, an open ground plane
Rajapushpa Infina's 12.96-acre site at Manchirevula is organised as a single gated community of six 55-storey towers, a central 69,000 sq ft clubhouse, an outdoor sports cluster, and a layered landscape that runs from riverfront decks on the western edge to a fountain-and-water-feature spine through the centre. The single vehicular entry-and-exit is on the western side off the 100 ft road, marked by a grand entry plaza, an entry arch with security, a sculpture court, and the Infina signage wall. Rise With 9 is useful for the site-planning lens because buyers should read open space, movement, parking, and amenity placement as everyday-use details, not brochure decoration.
Because the density is absorbed vertically, the buildable footprint at ground level is a small fraction of the 12.96 acres - the rest is landscape, water features, amenity decks, sports surfaces, and circulation, with the pedestrian landscape held largely separate from the drive lines.

Tower placement
Configuration by tower
The placement logic is clear - the two corner towers carry the largest 5,725 sq ft homes, the centre-stack towers carry the 3 BHK and 3,705 sq ft mix, and Bellona and Estonia flank the central clubhouse.
| Tower | Name | Position | Configuration |
|---|---|---|---|
| A | Aquila | West, riverfront side | 5,725 sq ft (4 BHK + maid, corner) |
| B | Bellona | Central-south, near Club Nirvana | 4,425 sq ft (4 BHK + maid) |
| C | Crescent | North band | 3,080 sq ft (3 BHK) + 3,705 sq ft (4 BHK) |
| D | Delta | North band | 3,080 sq ft (3 BHK) + 3,705 sq ft (4 BHK) |
| E | Estonia | Central-south, near Club Nirvana | 4,425 sq ft (4 BHK + maid) |
| F | Felicia | East, near sports cluster | 5,725 sq ft (4 BHK + maid, corner) |

Landscape spine
The water-and-fountain axis
The defining landscape gesture is a central water-and-fountain spine that runs through the campus - an arrival plaza and avenue of the fountains from the western gateway, the central water feature and water-feature deck adjoining Club Nirvana, the swimming pool with deck, and the riverfront decks, river-front lawn, and river-view deck along the western, higher-ground edge.
Quiet landscape rooms - a meditation court, yoga deck, and sculpture court - are threaded between the towers, with a tree court and peripheral tree planting forming the green buffer along the boundaries. A 2.5 m wide cycle track and a 2.5 m wide walking trail loop the campus, connecting the towers, the clubhouse, the sports cluster, and the riverfront edge into a single walkable circuit.
Below ground
Infrastructure and the vertical thesis
Five basement levels
Covered parking for the entire community, plus the Sewage Treatment Plant with treated-water reuse, the central water softening plant and hydro-pneumatic PHE system, domestic and fire-fighting water tanks and pump rooms, DG rooms with acoustic enclosures, a car wash facility, and the centralised BMS for common MEP.
Why vertical works
Stacking 1,526 homes into six slender towers keeps the footprint to a small fraction of the site and turns almost the entire ground into landscape, water, sport, and amenity. On a 55-storey tower, the upper floors command long views over the riverfront, the Outer Ring Road, and the Financial District / Kokapet skyline - which is why the largest 5,725 sq ft homes sit in the corner Aquila and Felicia towers.
Rajapushpa Infina Master Plan - Frequently Asked Questions
How is the Rajapushpa Infina site organised?
The 12.96-acre site is a single gated community bounded by a 100 ft wide road and the Outer Ring Road service road. The largest corner towers take the prime positions - Aquila on the riverfront west and Felicia near the eastern sports cluster - while Crescent and Delta hold the 3 BHK mix and Bellona and Estonia flank the central Club Nirvana.
Where is the clubhouse in the master plan?
Club Nirvana, the 69,000 sq ft clubhouse, sits at the heart of the site between the Bellona and Estonia towers, with the swimming pool and central water feature adjoining it. As a standalone building it isolates amenity noise from the apartments.
What is the landscape spine at Rajapushpa Infina?
A central water-and-fountain spine runs through the campus: an arrival plaza and avenue of fountains from the western gateway, a central water feature beside Club Nirvana, the pool and deck, and riverfront decks and a river-view lawn along the higher western edge, with a 2.5 m cycle track and walking trail looping the site.
How many basement parking levels are there?
Five basement levels serve as covered parking for the entire 1,526-unit community. Beyond car parking, the base-build infrastructure houses the STP, the central water softening plant, the hydro-pneumatic PHE system, DG rooms with acoustic enclosures, a car wash facility, and the centralised BMS.
Why did Rajapushpa choose a vertical layout?
Six towers of 55 storeys on 12.96 acres keeps the buildable footprint to a small fraction of the site, turning almost the entire ground plane into landscape, water, sport, and amenity. The vertical approach also serves the view thesis - the upper floors command long, open views over the riverfront and the corridor skyline.
Is Rajapushpa Infina built in phases?
As a six-tower development, Rajapushpa Infina is built and handed over in a sequence rather than all at once, with the central clubhouse timed to be ready around the handover of the earlier towers. Buyers should confirm where their chosen tower sits in the construction sequence and its specific possession commitment.
